About this house rental
Lovely vacation home 16 miles from Disney with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a private pool. All bed linens and towels are provided.
The master bedroom suite includes a king bed, tv ,and access to the pool. The master bath has a walk-in shower, a garden tub, double vanity and walk-in closet.
The second master suite includes a queen bed, tv, walk-in closet and a private bath with tub/shower.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, tv, and a walk-in closet. This bedroom shares a full bath with tub/shower with the fourth children's room.
The children's room features a jungle theme with a bunk bed, double on the bottom and twin on top, closet, and tv with Playstation 2.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a view of the pool. Includes a bar and seating area.
The den features two large leather sofas, a recliner, large screen tv and access to the pool.
The living room has a sleep sofa and a love seat along with a circular coffee table.
The dining room has a large glass top table with seating for six plus additional chairs that can be added if needed. The dining room overlooks the pool with an access door.
The home features a private screened in pool with covered eating and seating areas. The pool overlooks a conservation area. Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee. There is a fully equipped laundry room and a two car garage.
The home features child alarms on all doors leading to the pool, a gas grill, high speed internet and satellite tv.
The house is laid out on one level making it ideal for elderly visitors and families with young children.
The neighborhood features sidewalks, two playgrounds, tennis courts and a basketball court.
This home is a NON-SMOKING home. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property including the pool deck. Cigarette ash gets into the pool and damages the equipment. Any evidence of smoking may result in a claim against your damage deposit to repair pool equipment. The home is also PET-FREE thank you for being respectful of these rules.
This house is conveniently located 16 miles from Disney World, 22 miles from Universal Studios, 17 miles from Seaworld, and 34 miles Legoland. Old Town is 11 miles away. There is an environmental center located 5 miles from the house. Visitors can walk on boardwalks to view Florida wildlife in their native habitat. There is also an educational center on the premises.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this home. This was the least pleasant visit so far. As others have said, the grass needs cut… there was cereal found in one of the bedrooms when we arrived, one of the bathrooms had little dead bugs ALL over the counter and the floor, and the bathroom smelled of urine. (I know it’s Florida and I expect bugs but this was so many). The property manager stopped responding to me before we checked in, I hope they are ok. I asked about pool heat, they gave me a price and I asked them to bill it so we could have heat, never heard from them again. Before then, they took days to respond …
