Villa Eftichia Hotel Apartments & Studios

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Eftichia during a 5 day family vacation. We really enjoyed spending time in the pool, which is a huge highlight of this place. Our apartment (1 room, one living room and one bathroom) worked perfectly well for 2 adults and two older children. The size of the apartment is adequate, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony was nice. The building is surrounded by greenery and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Try to stay in an upper floor so that you can enjoy the breeze and have a partial view of the Gouvia marina bay. Check-in and check-out were the easiest ever, and communication with Afrodite was great; she is a very kind and attentive host.

Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. Although the kitchen is well equipped, I would improve the availability of utensils. It would have been nice to have access to more (and better) knives, pans and other cooking essentials. We also felt a bit sad to have bought cooking oil, salt, dishwashing soap, paper towels and other basics that were not available and had to mostly waste just a few days later. I would suggest creating a "free zone" where people could leave their mostly unused kitchen basics for others to use. This will reduce a lot of waste.

The accommodation was in a very peaceful part of Kontokali so if you want peace and tranquillity with not a lot to do this is the perfect location to stay in with beautiful views of the bay!

The property was perfect in every way, the only thing missing was perhaps a shop nearer the villa for necessities so to avoid that long walk to the main road for “ice cream” !

Great parking, the beach nearby was excellent.
