City centre next to a grocery shop Rimi, modern playground in 5min walk.

Room was spacious and clean and reasonably well positioned. Overall I think it was good value for money

Some confusion about whether breakfast was included with our booking. We paid for it at the hotel

Mõnus kohake kus puhata. Kaunis ümbrus, puhtad toad ja eriti mugav oli, et söögikoht oli samas majas. Toit oli maitsev ja sobiliku hinnaga. Pererahvas oli sõbralik. Suur eelis oli ka auto parkimise võimalus otse omas parklas.

room was not prepared properly. toilet was not clean and wc paper holder was broken, paper roll was falling on the ground all the time. bed for kid was just a worn out couch with additional mattress on it. it was not comfortable. Our beds were not made, pillows and blankets were set aside, we had to do them by ourselves. also we had to ask for additional bed sheet and pillow for a kid, although we indicated that there will be 3 of us. uncoordinated management.
