Exceptional location!
Ideally located in the most sought-after village, this beautiful large bungalow is located 150m from the beach and the market with its shops.
You do not need to use the car.
As soon as you enter, the charm works. You are within walls without opposite.
Inside this is the swimming pool of 3.5m by 8m (heated from April to September depending on weather conditions), closed by a security shutter surrounded by a huge stone terrace with tree borders.
You will be surprised by the clarity and gaiety of this house thanks to the presence of many vegetated patios.
This home offers a large living room of 42m2 with soil in Charente stone overlooking pool with large windows and the open kitchen also very sunny by the presence of large windows.
There is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and water.
On one side you have 2 bedrooms:
CH1: 14 m2 with a landscaped wooden patio, bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and separate toilet.

These rooms have large closets with old tiles floor.

Villa is lovely and very safe for young children. Great pool area. A little hot in bedrooms on the night maybe some fans would help. Great location 1 minute to beach, shops and restaurants. We travelled as 3 adults and 6 children and plenty of space for everyone. Checking in and out was super easy. Area is lovely, clean and feels very safe. Overall we had a great week here.

Perfect house for all ages. All on one level so baby could crawl around everywhere. Just 3 minutes from the beach and a lovely warm pool. Very well appointed and so handy for market, shops and restaurants. All in all a very good house

Marie was very helpful and responded quickly and positively to the queries we had both before and after booking.
The property is excellent and we particularly liked the pool which was kept to a high standard.
The location is terrific for the beach , village and cycling access to all of the Island.
Quiet and relaxing and very enjoyable holiday.
