About this villa rental
Beautiful recent villa close to the city center and beaches.
Without vis-à-vis and enclosed by walls, this house offers all the comforts of modernity while maintaining a traditional style.
In perfect condition, the house offers beautiful amenities: dry stone wall, stone fireplace, exposed beams, aged parquet flooring, Jerusalem stone flooring, interior carpentry and old doors.
The villa is built around a beautiful garden with terrace and heated swimming pool.
Large reception room of 80 m² with kitchen open to the dining room.
5 bedrooms: each has access to the outside and its own shower room/WC (a bathroom is shared between 2 bedrooms). All bedrooms overlook the garden. The last one, which has independent access, also opens onto a patio.
The good distribution of the rooms and the well-defined living spaces make this house a place that is both friendly and family-friendly.
Single-storey house, disabled access.

We highly recommend Emmanuelle’s house. It is beautifully appointed, very well equipped, has very comfortable beds, a stunning swimming pool and landscaping. Fantastic layout, ideal for two families as we were, with plenty of space and facilities. In all our years of staying in La Couarde, this is the finest house by far.As well as the house, the driveway parking along with the terrace for the bikes is all super secure. Other facilities such as the bbq and super coffee machine make for a luxurious experience.

We thought Emmanuelle's home was exquisite. Truly a home rather than a holiday let. Impossible not to fall in love with and want to come back immediately.
