Our stay at Desert Rose Resort in Hurghada was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and incredibly well maintained. The beach and lagoon are stunning, with crystal-clear water that’s perfect for swimming and relaxing. There are several pools, so it never felt crowded, and the gardens throughout the resort are lovely. The food was fresh and varied every day, with plenty of choices for everyone. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, offering fun activities during the day and enjoyable shows in the evening. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily to a high standard. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and it’s a perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing Red Sea holiday. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The area is spacious. A lot of facilities. The harbour and the beach are perfect. All inclusive hours and variety is wide range.

The breakfast selection is very limited and lacks variety. The SPA hours are unreasonably short. The staff can be intrusive and often slow to understand even simple requests. The restaurants are constantly fully booked, making it nearly impossible to get a table, even when trying to reserve in advance. Guest relations staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude with bad knowledge of English. A particularly frustrating issue is that staff routinely assume any Slavic-looking guest is Russian and address them in Russian, regardless of their actual nationality. This reflects a lack of cultural awareness and sensitivity, which is especially inappropriate in the current global context. There were also several uncomfortable incidents where staff members or locals behaved inappropriately toward foreign women, including those with children.the londry was of poor quality. The water park is poorly organized, and staff are not helpful when it comes to the shortage and providing of the pool floats. Overall, the experience was disappointing and does not meet expected standards.
