I spent 5 nights here and the experience was amazing the hotel was Very clean.
Staff was very friendly .
And there were many extracurriculars that were really enjoyable. Overall I would really recommend this place you will be happy and treated very well.
There was also the manager that was really sweet his name was Ibrahim Hakimi he was really supportive and guided us throughly in our stay he also made sure that when we left we had food and water supplies to keep us hydrated through our trip back . Seriously, thank you for the amazing service we wish to visit again.
Nothing, it was really great but I wish there were diverse food options everything else was great.

Everything. It was clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. All food was great and we really liked the variety. The beach, pools and aqua park were also great.

The property is more than wonderful stuff are more than amazing very helpful in anything you want
Alot of activities from the animation team
And a special thanks to Mrs Asmaa she is responsible for booking guests
She will help you 24 hours and make vip reservations again she made our holiday perfect so special thanks yo her again

Property is clean and nice animation team with nice shows, good water park for the kids
Need to walk to reach the beach and to go to the sea
No floaters are allowed in the sea
Spa is not free like other hotels (jacuzzi or steam)
Food taste for some items is not good
No sweets varieties
Night Shows starts early
It was crowded so u have to stay alot to get a drink on the pool bar , and most of drinks are not cold enough
Some people works there are not friendly and we had problem in the check in on first day and they had to let us wait in the lobby with the kids for long time , and they were not nice with dealing with the problem
