The best part of the hotel is its pools and family-friendly facilities. There are plenty of options for children, and our kids absolutely loved every minute of it. They had a fantastic time and were entertained throughout our stay.

While the pools and children's facilities were excellent, the room and bathroom did not meet the standards expected for the price and overall quality of the hotel. We stayed in room 1618, and the bathroom felt quite outdated, with finishes that looked worn and, at times, even appeared dirty. In addition, the bed could have been much more comfortable. Considering the hotel's reputation and rates, we expected a significantly better accommodation experience.

Não gostamos, só fomos por que as crianças queriam ir na nova atração e ela estava fechada!! Sem aviso no site e sem aviso no booking! As crianças ficaram decepcionadas!
