Room was tidy, spacious and staff was friendly, welcoming and polite. It was at location with a walk able distance to some malls. Breakfast was good. Value for money. Food to room delivery was a good facility to have.
Wifi was slow and not worked sometimes.

Hotel was nice.
Buffet breakfast was also good.
The cleaning of my room is done late in the afternoon when the room is vacant the whole day. They would clean it when I’m back from long day of walking.
Also on my last day, they were charging me for 250 baht for a plastic laundry bag. They even asked me to open my suitcase to check it was plastic. Not a good thing to do to guests who are about to fly out.

Room was spacious. Staff helpful.
The furniture was old, and the lighting was terrible. Gave a very dull feeling.
Food was average.
Breakfast was the same everyday. No variety at all.
Also, we had to pay for extra water in the room...in this heat!
