Convenient location. Upstairs/downstairs very good if you stay more that one night.
We requested an early arrival via Bookings.com and received no response, no answer when we called the given number and when we arrived at property, Judy skirted around the issue.
Cleansiness ok, but needs a deep clean (ceilings, light switches etc)
TV remote needed batteries

Big & spacious & Judy is a great manager. Location is perfect for easy access to Waterstone, town, & the R44 & N2
Maintenance is below par. Small but important things like broken towel rail, noisy & cranky plumbing, no hot water to the kitchen sink, damaged furniture & carpets - wear & tear issues that are clearly not new.

No reception to book in at arranged time 14:00.
No bedroom lights working first night.
Not able to warm up rooms as it was very cold inside.
Little tell tale signs of neglect .. letters on name missing.
No filter holder in coffee machine.
