Beautiful room, spotless and comfortable
Was unusual to have to go elsewhere for breakfast. Would have been a little inconvenient in rain.

I absolutely loved this property. It was in a very central location. The area was clean and safe. Did not feel unsafe at all and I was on my own and I walked everywhere. The appartment was very clean and quite large and beautifully decorated. One of the bigger apartments I’ve stayed at in Europe. Staff were great and friendly. The building does not have a lift and staff took my luggage up to the room. Luggage was able to be stored due to check in and check out times. I will Definitely stay at this property again.

Location
I've stayed at other hotels in the MONTCALM chain and have no complaints. In fact, my first time in London was at the Montecalm chain, but this was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
The price was sky-high, and the room had no soundproofing. I could hear footsteps and people talking constantly. And finally, it wasn't my lucky day. They gave me a room right below the breakfast area. Around 6 a.m. or earlier, the commotion began, perhaps because of the staff preparing breakfast, when breakfast was served! It was an unbearable noise of falling things and footsteps. I got up immediately and booked another hotel. I was going to extend my stay for two more days, but I decided to leave.
