Big apartment near skiing

Location was great to lifts and village center. Easy walk along the river to the center of town. The apartment was large and very clean with plenty towels. Ample dishes and equipment to cook a meal. Lots of parking and apartment was easy to find. Water pressure good w enough hot water. Bring your own soaps and dish detergent and a night light for the bathroom area. Two of the rooms had little safes for personal belongings. Wifi was very good; was able to get work done. High quality comforters and pillows. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

A dreamy vacation in Tirol!

We just had a wonderful stay (6 days) I. Apartment Sonnenau in Zell Am Ziller, Austria!! The owner (Mr Joseph Daum) is a very lovely person, and also very helpful! The Apartment is 3 bedrooms, located in a quiet place in the middle of the village & close to all amenities (village center, cafés, restaurants, ZillertalArena, etc.). The apartment is well equipped & the views from its windows are breathtaking!! It also has some pets in its garden, as well as small playground & pool - the kids had a wonderful time & didn't want leave! I highly recommend this Zimmer if you travel to Tirol area in Austria!!!

The accommodation in Apartment Sonnenau was wonderful, environment beautiful with beautiful views of surrounding hills. A big advantage for our family were animals on the farm and swimming pool. Mr. Jozef was nice and very helpful with all our needs. We thank him very much.

everything was just perfect even better than we could imagine. spacious and clean apartment with all you need. comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. the playground and trampoline is super great. the farm Animals were so cute that we really didn’t want to leave.

The host was very helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were clean and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen includes all the necessary tools and appliances. Overall a great experience with many amazing nature sightseeing avaliable in the vicinity. I can highly recommend it!

Viel Platz, Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, schöne Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmarkt um die Ecke, gute Restaurants im Ort, sehr schöner Park in Zell.

Belüftungsanlage auf dem WC war extrem laut, die Grillhütte war nicht nutzbar, tischtennisbälle waren meist nicht da, Kühlschrank für 6 Personen etwas klein.

Een WC is weinig voor 6 personen. Ik vond de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding scheef. Te duur voor wat je krijgt. Ook niet van deze tijd is dat de helft van de huur contant moet worden betaald bij aankomst.

Leuke speelmogelijkheden voor kids: speeltuin, schommel, skelters, wandelen en verzorgen van dieren, kinderfiets, kinderboerderij, openluchtzwembad, relax stoelen en schommels., tafeltennis. Centrale en toch rustige locatie met mogelijkheden tot nabij winkels, centrum, openbaar vervoer, berglift, speeltuinen, openbaar openlucht zwembad, boulderen, klettersteig, wandelen… Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Ruim appartement mer grote kamers en voldoende opbergmogelijkheden. Basis badkamer en keuken met alle voorzieningen. Vriendelijk en gemoedelijk contact met de behulpzame eigenaar. Appartement schoon en netjes bij aankomst.

Permanente toegang tot wasmachine zonder eerst te moeten vragen. Groter handdoeken pakket. Of extra pakket al van te voren in het appartement ter beschikking stellen. Tussendoor even poetsen bij langer verblijf dan 1 week.

Glücklichsein kann so schön sein

14 Tage Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie - es war Mega! Familienfreundlich, idyllisch gelegen am Ortsrand von Zell am Ziller mit herrlicher Bergkulisse. Gleich neben dem Apartmenthaus lädt ein liebevoll gestalteter Streichelzoo zum Entdecken ein – Ponys, Lamas, Ziegen, Hasen, Hühner und noch viele mehr freuen sich auf neugierige Gäste . Kinder können Tiere füttern, beim Ponyreiten mitmachen oder sogar bei Wanderungen mit Lamas oder Ponys in die Natur hinausziehen . Täglich wartet frische Milch, beim Melken der Kühe darf geholfen werden. Alles in einer ruhigen, sonnigen Lage – aber gleichzeitig nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dorf, Seilbahn und Wanderwegen entfernt . Die Kombination machte für uns den Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof ideal für einen entspannten Familienurlaub im Zillertal. Ach den tollen Spielplatz, die Fahrzeuge für Kinder und die Plätze zum relaxen und das Leben zu genießen darf man einfach nicht vergessen.

Die 14 Tage Urlaub waren eibfach viel zu kurz - irgendwie ist man ja erst gerade angekommen

Wir besuchen Sie bestimmt wieder.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und meine Kinder waren täglich bei den Tieren. Als Ausgangspunkt inmitten des Zillertal liegt das Haus perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Herr Daum ist sehr nett und findet für vieles eine Lösung. Besten Dank dafür. Die Geburt des kleinen Stieres war der Höhepunkt meines großen Kindes zusammen mit dem Ponyreiten.

Ich war überrascht, dass es nicht üblich zu sein scheint, wenigstens Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Kaffeefilter als Grundausstattung vorzufinden. Das ließ sich aber gut lösen, denn der Spar liegt gewissermaßen um die Ecke. Bitte besorgt ein Kaffeemaß. Das vermisse ich seit 20 Jahren in jeder Ferienwohnung.

Ruim en schoon appartement. Leuke speeltuin voor kinderen en dieren. Lopen naar de gondellift en dorp is mogelijk. Supermarkt < 5 minuten lopen.

Als tip: wasrek voor de kleding en evt. een informatiemap over de omgeving.

Grundausstattung wie z. B. Seife, Fit, Müllbeutel leider nicht vorhanden, wäre schön, wenn diese kleinen Utensilien bereits vorhanden sein könnten.

Top Streichelzoo und Spielplatz, aber leider Abstriche bei Reinigung und Einrichtung

Das Apartmenthaus liegt sehr zentral und ist ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge im Zillertal. Die Kinder hatten viel Freude mit den Hasen und dem Spielplatz.

Unser Apartment war leider nicht so top in Schuss, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Bei Ankunft war in der Spüle noch Tomatensoße vom Vormieter und ein dreckiger Spüllappen gelegen. Auch das Mobiliar wirkte insgesamt schon etwas abgewohnt (z. B. durchgelegene Matratzen, lose Sitzpolster bei den Stühlen, die Bilder an der Wand fehlten). Sehr schade war auch, dass der Pool nicht aufgestellt war. Das war ein Hauptkriterium, warum wir dieses Apartment gebucht hatten.

Tolle Unterkunft, Kinderparadies!

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist prima und die Zimmer gut geschnitten. Besonders sind natürlich die Tiere, welche man streicheln darf und das Pony sogar reiten. Für Kinder ist es ein Traum dort!

Es sah nicht wie auf dem Bild 1 aus, da auch kein Pool da war, keine Tischtennisplatte, kein Kicker, nur ein Kettcar funktionierte und auf dem Platz waren Autos geparkt. Für uns kein Problem, da die Tiere das alles wieder gut machen, dennoch gehört es angesprochen.

Heel fijn ruim appartement op een goede locatie. Bij aankomst upgrade gekregen naar een ruimer appartement op de bovenste verdieping. Mooi uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
