Mount Apart

Excellent stay in Zell am Ziller. The property is new and the owner (Sandra) is very friendly. The place was clean and warm. The location close to the train station and to the ski bus was perfect.👌 Yes, there is not yet a ski room (l it will be ready next year), but Sandra helped us find a solution.

The apartment rental did not include meals or breakfast, but the location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski bus stop and in the centre of the town, which included numerous cafe/bar/shop facilities on your doorstep.

There was no facility to store your ski's. However, the apartment was new and we were assured by the owner that the ski facility would be constructed and in situ by next year.

Location is good, apartment is very clean.

Amenities were basic, would expect to have soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, additional toilet rolls etc. Also if you have a coffee machine and coffee is a bit odd to not have the filters? Secondly the 'rules' are odd - we're booking it, don't really expect to be told to close windows or turn off lights by the owner who is keeping watch, felt like we were staying with someone as aguest as opposed to booking it as a holiday apartment.

Gute Lage, moderne Wohnung, guter Preis

Backofen funktionierte nicht, da er nach Angaben der Vermieterin von einem Elektriker extra abgeklemmt worden war, da sie mit vorherigen Besuchern schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Bilder in der Anzeige extrem irreführend. Dazu wohnt die Mutter der Vermieterin unter der Wohnung und ist super kleinlich und eher unfreundlich. Sie hat abends von außen immer kontrolliert ob unsere Fenster geschlossen waren und das Licht aus war. Wenn dies nach einer für Sie logischen Uhrzeit nicht der Fall war haben wir einen Zettel an unsere Tür gehangen bekommen, per WhatsApp benachrichtigt oder einmal sogar morgens an der Tür abgefangen. Skikeller war zur Zeit unseres Besuches noch nicht fertig! Extra Kosten fürs Depot da man die Sachen nicht in der Wohnung aufbewahren darf. Außerdem ist die Vermieterin sehr knauserig mit Spültabs, Toilettenpapier etc. Haben für eine Woche 2 Tabs bekommen und auf Nachfrage noch 2 weitere. Toilettenpapier mussten wir dann selber kaufen.
