Long wait for dessert even though we were second table to start our meal and other tables after us had gotten theirs. Long wait again after enquiring.

Beautify l hotel that has Large Spiders
The property was beautiful with a pool, hammocks, ping pong, giant chess, beautiful restaurant.
There are very large spiders in the guest rooms. I woke up to a 3” spider crawling from my hand to my shoulder.

Good base for Mt Ventoux cycle
Junior suite was spacious and staff were welcoming. Late checkout appreciated post Mont Ventoux ride. Restaurant onsite very convenient.
Our bathroom was on another level which was fine but would be tricky with mobility issues. Some rooms have them on the same level. Hotel grounds looked a bit neglected.

Disaster
We sent message to the hotel informing we were going to do the check in late When we arrived it was all closed… we use the phone number and nothing… We had to sleep in the car with a 8h bike ride in the next day On the morning we went there but the person on the reception didn’t even understood because she didn’t spoke English Unbelievable

Ordinary stay near Mont Ventoux
Stayed total of 4 nights on 2 separate occasions: Reasonable rooms. Restaurant ok, pool good. Breakfast good but too late for cyclists…
Noisy during the day, request to remain in same room on continuous 3 day stay not allowed. Room not ready as agreed. Rude staff when asking to move into room. Menu of restaurant never changed over 2 weeks. Overall communication poor. Staff did not appear interested in guests. Hotel had disorganised feel.
