The location is excellent, in one of the best neighbourhoods in Essen. The breakfast is excellent, complete and offers a great variety. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. After trying many hotels in Essen over the years, this has become my favourite hotel, and I have been staying here regularly for around five years.
There is honestly very little to complain about. After staying here many times, I continue to be very satisfied with the hotel and its overall service.

had an excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
Nothing significant to mention. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and my stay was very enjoyable.
