It was lovely staying in an old-fashioned hotel. It was in an excellent location and had a car park.
The rooms were clean.
There were tea and coffee facilities. There was a fridge in the room parking was secure.

Lovely old building but all the mod cons you need
The front rooms of the hotel face a small but busy square in the evenings. Some stay drinking at the tables very late. The acoustics of the square amplifies the sound. Don’t expect a good night’s sleep without good ear plugs. Ask for a rear facing room . It’s a shame as there is obviously nothing they can do . They don’t own the bar next door
