Spacious room and delicious breakfast foods

The agility of restaurant staffs to clean dirty tables needs to be improved

Love the restaurant & its ambience. Also love lobby's interior.

Bedroom was so damp, especially the towel, & its wall was pretty much dirty. And no bathtub mat so I had to order it to receptionist. Receptionist & security weren't too spry for customer satisfaction, especially when other customer took queue without permission.

First night, they gave us room no.1809. It was unpleasant experience, too many Cockroaches running around in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen. This is my 3-4 times with Gran Dafam Ancol. Usually roaches and ants were only in the kitchen. However in this room, they were everywhere. I could not sleep. Early morning, I complained. The staff told me that they will give us a better room. they gave us new room,no.1803. Surprisingly, in that room, no roaches at all, no ants. So next times, i think u need to mentioned in your booking for special request; “No roaches please”. The staff was really nice, humble, polite and attentive.
