We had an excellent stay in Gemma's and Federico's cozy and lovely vacation home. The location is just great and the beach is also we really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Some VRBO rentals are just basic furnishings in a boring apartment. NOT this one.The house is very nicely put together with art and furniture. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Gemma even has a citronella mosquito coil, which worked much better than I might have guessed.There are 30-40 steps to get to the house from parking. BUT (pay attention) there are two entrances, one above the house and one below. So we brought our bags down the steps when we arrived, and then brought them down again when we left. No need to lug your bags up the stairs.The kitchen was create including a couple of outstanding frying pans. There is no oven, but there is a microwave. The coffee maker is a Lavazza pod system, so wait to get there before buying coffee. There is also a moka if you're a traditionalist.If you're interested in a Michelin one-star tasting menu, we recommend Vignamare, a short drive away.

We greatly enjoyed the appartment which was large and very well furnished with a large and very welcoming balcony. We also greatly enjoyed the garden and the proximity to the sandy beach which was great for our grandkids and the town which is only a short walk away. We would like to thank Gemma and Frederico again for the kind welcome and his help in transporting us to and from the train station. Tony and Michele

In this place our family spent a wonderful two week vacation. The house is conveniently located for every holiday. Convenient road approaches. Private area allows privacy and for entertainment - a town within walking distance to all the range of clubs, bars, restaurants. The house is very cozy, the atmosphere is given owners of the house - a great couple Gemma and Federico. And Once again thank you very much for a wonderful stay in your lovely house. :) The house has everything you need for a family. Its territory has advantages also for those traveling with children. While the children play in the garden, you can enjoy the sea from the terrace. На этой вилле наша семья провела замечательные два недели отпуска. Дом удобно расположен для любого вида отдыха. Удобные автомобильные подъезды. Собственная территория допускает уединение, а для развлечений - городок в пешей доступности со всем ассортиментом клубов, баров, ресторанов. Дом очень уютный, атмосфера задана хозяевами дома - замечательной парой Гемма и Федерико. Еще раз большое спасибо вам за ваш уютный дом!:) В доме есть все, что необходимо для семьи. Своя территория имеет преимущества еще и для тех, кто путешествует с детьми. Пока дети играют в саду, вы можете любоваться морем с террассы.

If you like to spend your vacation is not in hotels but in the apartment with home decor, this is what you are looking for. This charming apartment is furnished with taste, which are taken into account even the details. The apartment has a stunning balcony with wonderful views of the sea. It is still impossible to forget the scent of pine trees, which is very much around the house, with a whiff of sea breeze. I must say that the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. Our family is always happy to come back to the apartment after the daily trips to Liguria. The apartments are located in a quiet area and at the same time well located in relation to the road, which makes them easy to travel to various places of interest. Gemma and Federico are very hospitable owners of the apartments, are always ready to help in any situation (again a special thank you for wifi:)) My family and I were very pleased to meet you. These are the apartments in which you want to return again and enjoy the glorious beauty of Liguria.

Februari 2022, met twee personen, ideaal pand, rechter appartement en onder-appartement niet in gebruik. Hele fijne ontvangst, prachtig huis, mooie plek om oost en west te verkennen. Vooral fietsroute San Lorenzo al mare naar Ospedaletti. Via fietspad (oud treinspoor), geen auto’s). Simpel en leuk. Directe omgeving (naast huis): mooi! Strand (5 min lopen): niet helemaal onze smaak. Voor ons is dit seizoen leuker dan waarschijnlijk erg drukke zomer. Huis is in zomer trouwens wel erg geschikt.

Cercavamo un posto di pace e natura ed abbiamo trovato molto di più. Gemma e Filippo sono stati disponibili, professionali e pronti in ogni momento a venire incontro alle nostre necessità. La casa è perfettamente pulita in una location nel verde a pochi metri dal mare. Consiglierei caldamente un soggiorno in pineta a chiunque cerchi ospitalità, gentilezza e pace. Non ultimo trovare un albero di Natale, panettone genovese e prosecco…what else? Torneremo sicuramente

Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und gut zu erreichen, sollte etwas sein. Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, Küchenbereich und Bad. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern absolut perfekt. Der Blick vom großen Balkon - eher Terrasse - ist einfach herrlich. Ohne Auto ist man innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Alles in allem rundum fünf Sterne von uns!

Super nette, zuvorkommende Vermieter und ein Haus mit viel Charme

Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig und strandnah. Der nächste Strand ist ein privater, man muss dort Liegestühle mit Schirm mieten (Anfang Juni 30 EUR pro Tag), aber etwas weiter hinter dem Yachthafen gibt es kostenlose Strände. Im Haus sind nur zwei Apartments nebeneinander. Die Wohnung Gemma, wie auch der Garten rundherum sind wunderschön und haben einen einmaligen, ganz eigenen Charme. Das Foto vom Balkon, auf den der Essbereich herausgeht, wird der Realität nicht gerecht - der Balkon ist viel größer. Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist sehr klein, dafür entschädigt aber das riesige, offene Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Nachts tanzen im Garten die Glühwürmchen zwischen den Eukalyptusbäumen. Noch ein Hinweis: Zu "linnen", was man entweder dazubestellen oder selbst mitbringen kann, gehören auch die Handtücher. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Si proprio una incantevole esperienza è stato il nostro soggiorno della scorsa settimana nella bellissima villa dei Signori Bellingheri. Immersa in una natura strepitosa tra pini marittimi, eucalipti, olendri e olivi non andresti mai via!....il mare azzurrissimo ne fa da cornice! Casa con tutti i confort, ampia e ben areeggiata circondata da terrazzi e dehor. Percorrendo un bellissimo percorso nel verde si arriva alla spiaggia di Pinamare in pochi minuti....un angolo speciale di Liguria. E che dire della gentilezza dei padroni di casa, grazie davvero della vostra accoglienza. Speriamo di poter ritornare per le prosime vacanze!. Maria Teresa e famiglia.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Andora verbracht. Federico und Gemma haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns ihr großes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus überlassen. Alles ist sehr gemütlich, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Insbesondere der Kamin hat uns kuschlige Abende beschert. Unsere Kinder konnten den außergewöhnlich großen, abwechslungsreichen Garten erkunden. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Meer, man könnte sogar zum Strand laufen. Vielen Dank an Federico und Gemma, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

"L''alloggio è molto al di sopra delle aspettative dopo aver letto l''annuncio. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro bimbo di un anno e mezzo che si è subito sentito a casa. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni, privacy, quiete e profumo di pineta davvero rilassante. Posizione vicino al centro e al mare, anche se spesso viene voglia di starsene in terrazza a godersi il panorama e la casa. Totalmente soddisfatti. Grazie ai proprietari davvero gentili."

"Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien verbracht in Andora. Das Haus liegt von Pinien umgeben, mit Blick aufs Meer, in ruhiger Lage. Auch innen sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Dank der guten Heizung und dem Kamin war es auch bei den winterlichen Verhältnissen sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und haben uns mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Febbraio 2012: bellissima la sosta ad Andora. La casa si trova immersa nel verde, tranquilla, con un po'' di vista sul mare. All''interno spaziosa, commoda, ben arredata. Riscaldamento funzionante, commodità accessoria camino, si sta bene anche con temperature invernali. I proprietari gentilissimi, molto disponibili - ci siamo trovati benissimo. "
