There are three options of breakfast. Staff delivers it to the room at aranged time, it's possible from 8:00. Territory is very green and calm. Distance between tents are long enough to not be disturbed by neighbors. There is swimming pool. It's clean and heated. Really good feature for summer, we use it every evening. There is porch with tables, wi-fi and sockets at the reception building. Good place to work a bit listening bird songs. Stuff is very friendly, responsive, fixes issues very quickly. Manager worries about waste reusing, so don't through out glass jars from matsoni.

There were some little problems that didn't bother us personally a lot but may more bothering for other: We got ticks supposedly walking by upper grassy part of territory (where isn't any facilities actually), so I'd recommend avoid walking by high grass and check your body for it. In last night loud karaoke sound from the other part of village made it hard to fall asleep. I'd recommend have earplugs just a case.

I love this place and keep coming back every once in a while. It’s a perfect spot for quiet, slow holidays - close to nature, where you can read books, swim in the river, and take little hikes in the forest. The city is just two kilometers away, so it’s a nice evening walk to grab some snacks for movie night. During the day, it can be a bit hot in the cabins, so I usually go to the river to cool down and chill. And my favorite part is, when it rains, I love swimming in the pool with warm water and an amazing view. The hostess is an incredible woman who makes the place feel homey and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from hectic life and reconnect with nature, read books, do yoga, breathe fresh air, drink the purest spring water, and stay away from screens. If you can, get a LUX room! It’s also very safe for female solo travelers. Don’t be scared of the many stairs, and don’t be afraid to stay in tents alone like I did on the first night, it’s totally worth it. And I’d recommend going there in May/June or September, that’s the best!

Taxis can be a bit expensive and not always easy to find, so having a car helps, just something to be aware of. A small umbrella on the balcony would be nice too.

The location, views and staff were exceptional. We ordered meals and it was delicious. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and visit again myself

Memory tent needs some work to be done: toilet lid needs to be fixed, there is a smell of mold, the tents covers might need to be replaced. I wouldn't spend extra money on a breakfast here as it wasn't the good value for the price. You can just have a heavy and delicious branch at Tcherablo Winery about 20 minutes down the road after 12.00 It's better price if you book directly with their website. We were there in November and I would say it's probably better in early October or before that. The room wasn't heated to our arrival. When you log into your Netflix or Amazon account you won't be able to log out using the control. So you should do it with your phone. I can recommend this only for one time experience or group travels when the weather is a bit more comfortable
