Уютный дом с гостеприимными хозяевами! Дом обжитой, нет гостиничного ощущения, что очень добавляет к атмосфере :) Мы отдыхали тут 4 дня двумя семьями с детьми, расжигали камин, смотрели мультики и фильмы, жарили шашлыки на мангале, гуляли по Кутаиси. Прекрасно провели время! Удобно, что на кухне было всё необходимое, также предусмотрены все-все расходники, вплоть до стирального порошка и запасных мусорных пакетов. Комфортное заселение, хозяева встретили и заботливо почистили снег у дома, оставили нам бонусом домашний коньяк, конфеты, обеспечили дровами для камина :) В минуте ходьбы булочная со свежайшим хлебом, мы покупали и ели каждый день - невозможно устоять! В общем, очень рекомендуем! Отличное место для проживания семьи или компании друзей.
Полы в гостиной и ванной были холодными (кафель), лучше взять с собой тапочки или теплые носки (если едете зимой). В остальном всё чудесно!

В доме было всё и даже больше. Хозяйка позаботилась даже о средствах для стирки.
На большую семью одного санузла мало. Но это не критично.
