It has everything you need and the view from the balcony is great. Very good location, 4 minutes walk to the beach (however it's a bit of a steep hill) restaurants and supermarket close.
Apartment could use a renovation, the balcony door is very old and does not close completely so insects can get in as well as noises from neighbours. The mattress was not very comfortable.
