About this villa rental
If you are looking for a luxury villa that guarantees you privacy, peace and quiet and great comfort, you have found it!
This newly built villa Leona with private, heated, swimming pool has a large parking space in front of the house and has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with pull out couch, where 2 people can stay overnight.
There is also a room with two single beds and bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.
Of course by the pool there are deck chairs and best of all BBQ grill and with it a large table and chairs so you can enjoy the food and company until late in the evening.

Super Villa mit bester Abendaussicht. Wir haben es genossen auch wenn im Dorf Mitte Oktober ausser dem Laden alles zu war.

The villa can only be described as simply stunning.
The view across the pool and of the sea beyond, combined with the mountainous backdrop, is absolutely breathtaking. The pool area faces South West and has a perfect view of some fantastic sunsets.
The villa itself is very impressive - modern and extremely well thought out with attention to detail everywhere, to name a few; air con in all rooms (wonderful!), a very well stocked kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, sandwich toaster etc etc etc), beautiful bathrooms, fly screens and electric shutters on all window and doors, wifi and smart TVs (Netflix is available if you have an account), enough towels to dry an army of people and great lighting both inside and out to show the villa off to its best.
The owners greeted us personally and were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They responded to texts quickly and we always felt we could get in touch with them if we needed to. They had very kindly stocked the kitchen with all the basics plus a few extras so we didn’t feel we needed to rush to the supermarket.
Just a little about the local area - a few minutes walk from the house there are some steps down to a pebbly beach with a few bars/restaurants and there is a small local supermarket. A little further along the coast (about 5 mins drive) is the town of Igrane which has more of a selection of tourist shops and bars and restaurants along the seafront (again a pebbly beach). There is a public car park at the end of the promenade in Igrane (7kn per hour). Further afield (30 mins drive) the town of Makarska is much bigger with a huge selection of shops and restaurants and larger supermarkets. Parking is much more expensive in Makarska (and difficult to find!) at around 15kn per hour for zone 2.
We can only speak from personal experience (and we are quite fussy!) - we felt the villa really is a home from home and we had everything we could possibly need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to return!
