Reception kurang peka Uda dipesan tuk room service bfast jam 07.10 malah ga disampaikan pesanku ke kitchen kru yg akhirnya bfast ku ready jm 08.00 Kamar yg deket lorong menuju lobby terlalu banyak keributan krn banyak org lalu lalang, ga bs menjaga ketenangan tamu yg msh istirahat TV nya ga ada saluran televisi wifi nya down Ga sediakan towel n air minum yg include harga kamar

I liked a lot the staff working there. They were very gentle and nice. I liked the view from every room, the garden and the terracer for breakfast.

The best in this place is the view with rice fields and the mountains. There was also hot water :)

It was quite cold in the rooms in the night, but we got extra blanket for the night. The staff didn't help us that much with renting motorbikes. I had to drive 4 rides in order to rent 2 motorbikes from a cafe. In the end it appeared that the hotel has its own bus with which they could help customers driving them to the place from where you can rent motorbikes, but they did not offer us that. In the end I have to ask people from the cafe to bring us home, so we do not have to go back walking in the night. Breakfast is simple - bread, jam, bananas & nasi goreng. Free dinner is also the same nasi goreng.
