Really great deal for the price. A little house with everything you need to enjoy your Italian stay.

Very nice host, Roberto. He met us and told everything about location, where to go, what to see, and how to get there. Small, but cozy house, it has everything you need. Beach is 15 min walk away and it is really good. Train is nearby about 3-5 min walk and you can get to Sestri Levante by bus really easily. Amazing location to travel to Cinque Terre, Portofino, La Spezia or other locations. Small house motivates you to go out and explore the nearby locations.

There is no air conditioning, so it can get a bit hot even at night, but if you use sun shades on the windows correctly the heat is not unbearable, just a bit warmer then I would like it. There is a small walk to get to the beach or the supermarket, but an upside to this is that its quite and peaceful.

Cozy house in a nice neighbourhood with fresh herbs in the garden. Close to the Riva Trigoso beach and train station. Roberto was a kind and generous host.

Nice and cozy holiday home, with a big kitchen (proper gas stove!), clean bathroom, and comfortable garden. Mr. Roberto is an exceptional and friendly host, with a lot of attention to detail, which helps with a pleasant stay. We liked the location in a quiet neighborhood, and 15-30 min walking distance from the nice Riva Trigoso beach, Nelson Mandela park, and the surrounding hills.

There are mosquito nets on all windows, which is a big plus, but if you're not quick enough some mosquitoes will sneak through the main door despite the curtains :)

Great location point to venture to other areas by train.

Closeness to train station, nice size for two people . Extremely clean, good hosts. The location is close to the Cinque terre region and easy to access via the train.

The stairs going down to the house are hard to pack suitcases down. Air conditioning would of been nice as it's extremely hot in September.

Super comfort e relax alle stelle

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo soggiornare nella Casetta della Nonna e non avrei più voluto ripartire. L'appartamento è carinissimo, ben arredato e accessoriato. Il Sig. Roberto è gentilissimo e vi accoglierà con mappe del territorio e consigli su escursioni, luoghi da visitare ecc. Vi sentirete come a casa e non vedo l'ora di ritornare.❤️
