The property was neat with beautiful finishes. The water was cold on day 1 and after figuring out that the geyser was off, I switched it on but the water was still cold. I had two cold showers and as a result I had developed a cold. Moreover , our host failed to communicate that there would be an additional R800 deposit over and above the bill. When I asked about it I was told that it is a breakage deposit and I would get it back upon check out if all was still in tact. When I checked out and asked about my deposit, I was told that I would only be reimbursed on Wednesday as the company only makes payments then. The host then had a lengthy argument with me regarding the miscommunication and called me a Liar. I have never received such poor customer service and a rude host in all my accommodation stays. I’m utterly disappointed.
