Extremely convenient for Grey School as I was attending a sports weekend there.
Because of the budget cost, some of the other guests were not respectful of their fellow guests. Loud telephone conversations right outside my door at 6am for over ½ an hour.

From before my arrival I knew who my contact was to get the key from. The person also made contact with me on the day so that I had the number and name of the person I will get the key from.
With the current weather in PE it would have been nice to have aircon, but I realise that also has a cost implication

The hosts were warm and very friendly. The location is safe and close to stores. The kitchen had everything you need including cereal and fresh milk each morning. The property is clean.
I wish the water was warmer/hot instead of lukewarm, but everything else was good. No complaints.
