Comfortable beds, clean apartment, quite neighborhood yet close to the beach and plenty of restaurants!

Very clean apartment, short walk to a quite beach! Beautiful and spacious terrasse where we enjoyed a nice dinner and morning coffees/breakfast.

Perfect stay in a beautiful and clean apartment

We are very pleased with our stay!! This was our third time at R&K Suites and never regret!! This time we were very impressed that our apartament was cleaned every day - new towels, new sheets, as we were in a hotel, not in apartment. Even the last day was the same. Perfect service and attitude!! We hope we come back soon!!!!

It’s was great in every possible way. Clean, modern, comfortable. Great balcony and yard. 3min from the beach

The toilet door was glass and was not closing fully, which was a bit uncomfortable

it was very clean and the location was perfect. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk and the supermarket also The staff are super polite and are ready to answer every of your questions !

Yes there was a wifi but because of so many people were connected to it or maybe something else we couldn’t catch it . So if you plan to work from there maybe you will experience some difficulties . Also we were on the ground floor and there wasn’t much signal in the room therefore 4G and 5G also didn’t work

Nice rooms, near the sea (about 5 min of walking distance). It's very clean and well maintained, and the owner is very polite.

The bathroom was a bit awkward and narrow.

The building is brand new. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with all necessary amenities in it. Big terrace with partial view of the beach. Very quiet.

There is no coffee-machine. Everything else is perfect.

It's clean. The bed is comfortable. Specoius living room. Big balcony. The windows have shades. It is close to the beach.

There are no insect nets on all windows, but there is in the bedroom which seems enough(there were no many mosquitos anyway). There is no washing machine.

Exceptional

Everything is great. The apartment is located not far from the sea and the city center. The stuff was extremely friendly. The apartment itself is clean.

The only disadvantage I find is that the card that is used to start the electricity if locked with the keys and when you are outside you can’t make the AC to work.

The host is not speaking English very well The room was cleaned every 2 days (not everyday as they were saying) We booked a standard apartment and we stayed in a room with the bed in front of the kitchenette We didn't receive instructions for room, they left the key in the door (we had problems with opening the door in the first day-after we called and someone told us how to open it we didn't have anymore problems) The host had issues with taking the money from the card- they took the money after 10 days period and the card details were deleted (by Booking). They came to our room on friday night to make the payment

Rude stuff, it's family house, all time slamming the doors and shouted to each other.First night stayed in the room in front off main entrance.I did no refundable reservation 2 months before for different room

A place where I will return

I love this place, the rooms on the ground floor are lovely, the fresh green grass and the quiet place are welcoming. The yard is fenced and although that if you stay on the ground floor you do not have direct sea view, I still recommend those rooms because of the nice atmosphere. The large sandy beach surrounded by large pine trees begins just 50 meters from your front door. There is a nice playground nearby with entertainment for the little ones. A supermarket packed with food is just a short walk from the place.

Bathrooms can be messy but ask for extra towels and don't worry about the water! The place is great!

Awful experience

Overall nice accommodation close to the beach.

The plastic panel of the electricity lock broke, when we put our key in it. The panel broke exactly where the key chip hits it every time you put it there. Our host tax us 20 euro, cause the electrician said this was broken because of pulling. Why would we try to pull the pane!?!? Of course discussion was impossible, because our host communicate with us via translating app and overall behaviour was kinda hostile. Definitely ruin the rest of our stay.

Посещавам този хотел 3 години. Избрах го заради доброто местоположение и отличната хигиена. Но тази година бях леко разочарована от поддържането на чистотата в апартамента. Нито веднъж за петдневния ни престой не се смени спалното бельо, а само хавлиите на третия ден.

Морето и плажовете.

.Според написаното в Booking, трябваше във всяка стая да има климатик , но това въобще не беше така- един за целият апартамент и ни ограничаваха в ползването му....супер неприемливо. Двете спални трябваше да са с отворени врати, е това никак не е подходящо за две семейства.!!!! Да не говорим за големият диван , който се оказа малко диванче, на което може да легне само едно 5 годишно дете. Този апартамент е подходящ САМО за 4 човека и едно малко дете към тях...Това е истинският му Капацитет. Климатик???? Само един!!!! Успех с горещината. За паркиране.....навсякъде по улиците , където си намерите ,но не и пред къщата. Там не дават собствениците и нямат собствен паркинг , както е посочено. Лично за мен качеството НЕ отговаря на исканата цена. Аз НЕ го препоръчвам и не бих се върнал отново там. Да не говорим , че след като бях платил предварително през Booking, на три пъти ми поискаха пари отново да им плащам!!!! Незнайно защо???
