Large, clean and comfortable luxury home with a wonderful secluded, sunny and spacious pool deck. We are proud of our home and the many 5 star reviews that guests are kind enough to leave us!
Our guests fall in love with the spacious & versatile split plan layout of this home away from home. It is perfect for friends, multi-generation families or couples wanting to enjoy a little luxury and space.

Our home has beautiful, spacious rooms designed to create a relaxing home from home. There is a large great room with sofas and formal dining, a separate family TV room and an eat-in kitchen. The split plan layout provides a large en-suite master with luxury bathroom and his and her closets, while on the other side of the house is an en-suite guest master with its own bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms that share the family bathroom. The house sleeps up to 8 people in comfort.
Days by the pool are easy and relaxing the large sunny deck, has chairs and loungers while the covered lanai provides outside an dining table or just a shady place to relax out of the sun. There is a gas BBQ grill for al fresco cooking. The inviting private pool can be electrically heated for use in the cooler months.
Decorated by an interior designer to create a comfortable welcoming home using quality furnishings throughout offset with unusual decorative pieces, vintage or antique objects d'art to complete the tasteful styling.
Located next to the golf course it is very private being screened by greenbelt with no neighbours on either adjacent lots.
Outside - There is a large fully caged sunny deck area which is not overlooked and faces south west. The sparkling pool can have additional electric heating (charged separately) and the added security of a child safety barrier for extra peace of mind with young children.
There are plenty of sun loungers and if the sun becomes too hot or at the end of the day you can retreat under the large shaded lanai and relax with a book or enjoy a meal in the covered area with dining table and chairs, lighting and cooling fans cooked on the BBQ grill.
There is a double garage with remote control opening and an easy in and out driveway which will park several cars if required.
Inside - An elegant entry leads to a great room with deep comfy sofas to relax in and a formal dining area for those special meals.
The separate eat-in kitchen is well appointed with a dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar. Real wood cabinets & granite counters with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with ice maker and water cooler, all are stainless steel GE appliances. There is also a coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Ample crockery, glasses and stainless steel cooking utensils are provided. You will even find egg cups and lobster crackers!
The kitchen is linked by the breakfast bar to the cosy family room with its large squishy sofas, it is the perfect place for watching the 50 inch flat screen cable TV, DVD’s and listening to music. A selection of books, games and playing cards are provided for family nights in. High speed internet is free, so just bring your laptop or tablet.
The laundry room has a washing machine, separate tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.
There are 2 masters both en-suite. The 'owners' suite is located separately to the other bedrooms & has a luxury king size bed (a super king in the UK), cable TV, his and hers walk in closets and it’s own private access to the pool deck. The sumptuous en-suite has a large walk-in shower, marble soaking tub and twin marble vanity units.
The second 'guest' master has a queen size bed (a king in the UK) cable TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with marble vanity and walk-in shower it also has private access to the pool deck.
The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin single beds and walk-in closets, they share the use of the family bathroom which opens onto the pool deck.
For guests added enjoyment there are 2 adult and 2 child bikes, a set of right handed clubs, tennis rackets, pool toys and essentials for beach trips of coolers, chairs and umbrella.
A full change of linen is provided for each bedroom, ample towels with additional towels for each bathroom and a good selection of beach towels.
This is a no smoking villa but pets are allowed by agreement with the owners prior to booking.
For ease check in and out are contact free.

The house is located on Rotonda West in the Pine Valley section. The sunny deck is not overlooked and faces south west. It is very private as it has undeveloped lots on both sides while at the back is a small area of greenbelt before the fairway of the golf course. This is a great place to relax, soak up the sun, float in the pool and watch the local wildlife of Gopher Tortoises, Armadillos, nesting birds and sometimes a Bobcat passing through.
At the heart of Rotonda are both the 30 acre Community Park with free tennis courts, pickle ball, a playground and bike trails through the nature reserve and the fabulous very large Broadmoor Park wth lakes, picnic areas, paths and walking trails. The Cape Haze Pioneer bike trail and the Dever Memorial Regional Park are nearby for an added choice of nature walks and bike trails while the dever park also has a playground and great sports facilities.
Golf enthusiasts have 5 golf courses and 99 holes of golf on Rotonda alone, the nearest is just 5 minutes away by car or bike and there are so many other courses just a few minutes further drive away.
If beach time is for you then there are miles of quiet gulf coast beaches and waterways all within a short, easy drive. Perfect for lazing on the sand, swimming, boating and fishing.
Dining and shopping is easy with a great choice of supermarkets and local restaurants within a few minutes drive, plus malls and major restaurant chains just 20 minutes away.
This area has so much to offer with its unique coastal geography and State parks, one visit is never enough!

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it just as much as our first stay. The home is nicely stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. We had one issue that required contacting the home management company. They were nice and took care of the issue promptly. We appreciate being able to bring our pets with is to enjoy the area.

Well impressed with the location and the property, obviously an up and coming area. The layout of the property was good with only two of the bedrooms next to each other.Kitchen facilities were great although a larger deep freeze would have been good.A TV in all the rooms would have created a better separation when members just wanted to watch a different program or just be away from the crowd.The home phone wasn't present until we looked in the cupboard above the wall telephone socket. We didn't connect it as we were not sure why it wasn't already in place and we had two cell phones that we could use so left it where it was.The pool area was great, we took off the pool cover, (Thought this would have been done prior to arrival) and we moved the fence as there were no children and replaced both items prior to leaving.The garden light took some time to find the switch but found it eventually in the fuse box but not marked appropriately.An unexpected visit from the pool cleaners on the day before we left. We asked them to leave the chlorine pool cleaner for us to put in the pool as we still had a day to go and if the chlorine was put in then we would have lost the use for our last full day, we added it that night.The single beds could do with some attention as the slightest move caused the headboard to rattle even when pulled away from the wall.All in all we were all impressed and would use it again.Only a couple of niggles but fully enjoyed.Cheers to Ann & Mike
