Welcome to your perfect getaway! This brand new spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home backs onto a stunning golf course, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Step inside to discover a bright, open-concept living area designed for relaxation. The comfortable seating area invites you to unwind after a day on the greens, while the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space for all your culinary adventures. In the kitchen you will also find a Keurig and drip coffee machine. Additionally, you will have many kitchen appliances (such as a blender, toaster etc.) available making cooking easy and convenient. Enjoy meals at the large dining table or take them outside to the patio for al fresco dining with a view.
The bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring cozy bedding and plenty of storage. The master suite includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while the additional bedrooms are perfect for family or guests. We’ve provided plenty of soft towels — fresh ones for your showers and colorful ones ready for the beach or pool! If you’re traveling with kids, they’ll love our fun bunk bed room! We’ve also stocked plenty of toys and gear for the pool and beach.
Property includes a backyard spa and pool! Imagine lounging in your private oasis, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing dips with stunning golf course views. Please note: additional charges may apply for heating the pool and/or spa (25$ per day), depending on the time of year. Please confirm with the host. Additionally, the pool and spa heater is weather-dependent and will not operate when outdoor temperatures are below 50°F. This is a system limitation designed to protect the equipment and is not a malfunction. On any day when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F and pool or spa heating is unavailable, the heating fee for that day(s) will be fully refunded.
Outside, the lush backyard offers a tranquil retreat, complete with a patio area and a barbecue grill—ideal for evening gatherings overlooking the course. Located just minutes from beautiful beaches, shopping, mineral springs, and dining, this home is the perfect base for your Southwest Florida adventures.
For safety and security - exterior cameras are present at the home. One records the front entrance, one records the driveway, one records side of home with pool equipment, and two record the backyard. All cameras include audio recording.

This house in Rotonda West was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, spacious, and very accommodating, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Due to the unusually low temperatures, we were able to enjoy spending even more time inside the house, which made us appreciate how comfortable and well set up it was. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing and quickly became our favorite part of the stay. The hosts were fantastic — very attentive to our needs and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The only thing we wished for was warmer temperatures and more time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Perfection! From the initial WOW moment when we arrived to the minute we departed, we fell in love with this place! This is the villa to book, look no further.Everything you need and more in a modern spotless villa. Owner's who'll answer any enquiry instantly and efficiently. Nothing was any trouble at all!With a youngish family we had the perfect home from home. It has a perfect simple layout which means everyone is easy to keep an eye on but can have their own space too. The pool area was perfect and a nice depth for the kid's. It's nicely surrounded by the lake of the golf course which is great for watching the wildlife.We've been coming to the area for year's and this is easily the best villa we've had! We'll be back.
