Also in the cottage are a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with comfy seat and sitting room with electric fire. Outside is roadside parking and a courtyard with furniture. Situated on the Suffolk coast, Sea Breezes is a lovely family holiday cottage all the year round.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome, on ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Only bathroom in property is the en-suite to the double bedroom.
