About this house rental
House is situated in a quite surroundings of Kastel Stafilic in central Dalmatia. Just 10 min ride from Split airport, 20 km from Split and just 9 km from Trogir. It is sourrounded with family houses, ideal for nice rest with no sounds of traffic and croud.
To reach the nearest beach it will took you 10 min by foot, and just a 5 min to supermarket.
House has three floors. On the ground floor there is a whirpool, sauna, billiard table and small gym. There is also a shower and toilet. On first floor you will find a kitchen, very spacious dining and living room with tv, music system and dvd player. There is also a nice teracce where you can eat your breakfast or late dinner with the soud of nature from the garden. There is also an utility room and bathroom with the shower. On second floor there are three rooms, galerry and bathroom with the tub. All rooms are airconditioned. There is also a gallery with the sofa that can be extended to bed for two.
The most beautifull part of the house is of course a garden. In the front there is a lawn with big threes that will make some shadow during the warm summer days. In the back you will find an open kitchen with the barbecue. there is also a playground for the samll ones:-). Garden is fanced so children and pets are safe to play.
There is a baby cradle avaliable on demand.
Pets are welcome.
Private parking is avaliable with no extra charge.
We can book a plenty of trips for you on demand. We can make a dinner for you with some local dishes.

The beach is about 600 m from house. There are a lot of supermarkets close to the property. Bus station is just a 5-7 min walk. From this point you can reach many Croatia national parks and sights.
