Villa Rosa Ventorum is a new luxury holiday house located in a green, nice and quiet residential area in Kaštela, Croatia (just 20 min away from Split and 10 min away from Trogir). The beaches of beautiful and crystal-clear Kaštela bay are within a short walking distance.
The Villa has a cozy living room combined with a kitchen and dining area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 balconies. The entire Villa capacity is 8 persons.
The outside facilities include:
- 8 meter long swimming pool surrounded with a sunbathing area: comfortable sunbeds, parasols and a shower;
- Fireplace for grill and barbecue;
- Garden house with a wooden table and benches for picnics and fresh-air snacking;
- Garage housing 1 parking space and a gym, also including table tennis, volleyball and badminton sets;
- Children’s playground;
- Spacious outside parking for 4-5 cars;
- Green and blooming lawn outlining the yard.
All Villa rooms are fully equipped with living necessities, as well as covered with free air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. There are TV sets in 2 master bedrooms on the upper floor and a big cable TV in the living room.
All rooms have a unique design and exceptional quality furnishment.
The genuine Dalmatian-style Villa is nicely placed away from busy roads but close to all significant town landmarks. On the north, Villa Rosa Ventorum overlooks a chain of mountains that offer hiking, mountaineering opportunities and add up to the romantic and healthy vacation. The Villa's location is ideal for a lazy relaxing time but also perfect for sightseeing - a bus line and a set of modern highways offer a quick connection with the major cities of Dalmatian coast (20 min to Split, 10 min to Trogir, etc) and famous Croatian places of interest.

The villa is modern, very clean and exceptionally well equipped - the kitchen in particular had everything that you might need.
The villa is spacious and light, with a lovely pool and outdoor dining area. It has the bonus of a gym as well for those who want to keep up their gym routine.
It's well located for the airport and Split, and also for the beautiful unspoilt Kastels where there are beaches and bars/restaurants within walking distance.
Svetjlana the host was very helpful, sending us lots of useful local information after check in. We didn't need any help during our stay but I'm sure she would have provided it if we had needed any.

The property was of a high standard and the owners Svetlana and Goran were very helpful and on hand whenever needed. Kids enjoyed the pool area, and we used the bbq lots too! I would highly recommend the villa, we had a lovely time.

We were a family group of 5 adults and 2 children ages ranging between 4 and 58 years old staying at Villa Rosa Ventorum. The villa is within very easy reach of Split airport, just a short drive! We had a friendly welcome at the villa from Svetlana who showed us around and assured us that anything we needed we could contact her which was great! The villa is decorated to a high standard and very modern, it is well equipped with everything a family could need for a holiday. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed which my step son slept soundly on for 9 nights! Plenty of towels which we were grateful for as the kids were in and out of the pool all day. The outdoor area is fantastic, 8 sunloungers, 2 large umbrellas, a great pool with a shallow end and a deep end, a huge table and benches that are undercover, perfect for dining al fresco and of course the bbq area which was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. There is also a swing and a slide which my youngest child enjoyed, table tennis and table football, and a gym with air conditioning! So theres plenty to keep the whole family happy!
Although there was 9 of us in the villa we didn't feel cramped, the villa is large and the bedrooms are a good size, there are plenty of spaces to sit either indoors or outdoors, the balcony also has a table and chairs and the bottom terrace has a lovely rattan sofa, chairs and a table.
Just a short 10-15 minute walk from the villa you can find a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops on the waterfront, we had 3 evenings out down there during our 9 night stay, enjoying the sunset as we dined! There is also a little shop nearby which was handy for essentials, and the Tommy store was just a little walk further. We hired a large van and visited Primosten, Split, Trogir etc which were all straightforward drives from the villa.
I highly recommend Villa Rosa Ventorum and we all hope to come back and stay again in the future! Thank you Svetlana and Family!

Great villa, fully furnished and clean. The little touchs left Svetlana made the stay even better. Location is lovely with amazing scenic views.
