Beautiful Villa Marija is located in Kastel Novi, only two kilometers away from the beach and the city center. It is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to spend their vacation together. This specific holiday home has everything you could want and much more. On a beautiful large estate are located two holiday homes. The larger house consists of a kitchen with a living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, while the smaller one has a living room with a small kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The plot has a separate building with a summer kitchen and fireplace, and a sauna with a bathroom. There is also a bread oven for pizza, baking, and the like. In the offer of this beautiful holiday house, there is also a wooden treehouse for two with a beautiful sea view. In front of the house, there is a beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy. Within the building, there is a playground of 23m * 13m for outdoor activities, a swimming pool that can be heated when necessary, and two whirlpools, one of which flows into the pool. Near the house, there is a path suitable for cyclists and pedestrians, which leads to the garden of the church of Our Lady of Stomorija.

The holiday home is perfect for families of all ages with plenty of space
Its only 15 mins form the airport (dont use WAZE as it doesnt find it) & is nicely situated between SPLIT & Trogir
The only fault is that its located near an abattoir which can give a nasty hum if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction
But honestly, everything else was perfect and the hosts are absolutely lovely - we would most likely book the same place again
$$$$
