The landlord is very friendly and nice. He even set the coffee machine in my room (with capsules, sugar and glasses) and gave me a spare mobile that I could use as hot spot for internet during the 3-day-stay.

We arrived by bicycle in the rain and the owners were very nice and extremely helpful: even brought us to a restaurant in San Ginesio and back in their car so we could have dinner there😀

City nearby is really nice, also the area where it is located. Very nice view! 2 bedrooms were quite big, the last one was bit spartan, but still good enough for teenage boy :-) Good accommodation for the money.
Rooms were not as clean as I would expect.

The natural surroundings are beautiful. The room itself is okay. Nice that there is a table and chairs to sit outside. A pity they are cheap plastic
The host was not there so we had to wait. No toiletpaper. Loud music from another guest. The biggest disappointment was the very bad sound isolation. We could literally hear what our neighbors were saying
