About this farm stay rental
Located in the heart of the green hills of the Marche with the frame of the Sibillini Mountains, the organic farm "Casale San Martino" is a quiet corner of serenity, surrounded by farmland cultivated with organic methods and a large enclosed courtyard with green spaces, old trees, fruit trees, flower beds and a vegetable garden.
The farmhouse is 4 km from the village center of Sant'Angelo in Pontano, strategic point halfway between the mountain and the beach, a 20-minute drive from the ski resort of Sarnano and 40 minutes from the sea of Porto San Giorgio, Porto Sant'Elpidio and Civitanova Marche.
The structure is ideal for those looking for a holiday in contact with nature, for those who want to enjoy the sun and relax on the panoramic terrace of 100 square meters, equipped with solarium and dining table. From here it is possible to admire breathtaking sceneries where, among cultivated fields and woods, stand out more than ten countries of the hinterland of Macerata and stop rich in history, art and craftsmanship.
The "Casale San Martino" was born from the idea of welcoming our guests in an ancient farmhouse recently rebuilt according to earthquake standards, respecting the construction tradition of our land with stone walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and floors in cooked.
Independent ground floor composition: large living room of 30 sqm with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom, full bathroom with washing machine. Veranda and access to the panoramic terrace.

A really lovely home in a quiet location.Marco and his family where some of the nicest people we have ever met.The place is a good size and spotlessly clean.We had the whole of the lower floor.

There are two appartments in the building. We had the downstairs. Lovely, clean and a very friendly and helpfull host who arranged additional garden chairs and tabel for many wonderful evenings and breakfasts.

Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment, it made a wonderful base to go exploring the Marciano villages and countryside also the beaches that were only a 45 min drive through the most stunning scenery.
The bars and restaurants were all very friendly and welcoming.
We enjoyed lunch on the pretty patio and relaxing on the sun terrace. Thank you for providing excellent sun beds.
