To już druga wizyta w Mikołajku. Apartament jest położony w spokojnej części Jastrzębiej Góry, ale zaledwie 15 minut na piechotę (i to w sandałkach) od centrum, gdzie zlokalizowanych jest większość restauracji, lodziarni i sklepów. Apartament jest przestronny z aneksem kuchennym i dużym stołem, a także z prywatną łazienką. Na terenie posesji, za budynkiem, jest parking dla samochodów.

Dostępne Pokoje oraz ich wyposażenie dawało poczucie ze mieszka sie w mieszkaniu.
Trzeba bylo chodzić do łazienki przez zewnetrzy korytarz. A w nocy jak sie szło to sie troche rozbudziło tym.
