Przede wszystkim czysto, cicho oraz blisko do morza. Pokój bardzo przestronny z balkonem i sporą łazienką. W pokoju jest lodówka oraz telewizor. Na korytarzu nawet żelazko z deską do prasowania. Wspólna kuchnia bardzo przestronna.

Duże pokoje, nie nagrzewają się (przynajmniej te na dole), całkiem nieźle wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka, o ile inni goście się nie wydzierają na korytarzu to cicho i ściany tłumią, gospodyni sympatyczna, można schować rowery do piwnicy
Jedyny minus to brak czajnika w pokoju
