Location. Breakfast.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs of the mattress. Door key malfunction caused an alarm which woke us up at several times in the night. Attached room had no air conditioner so larger room door had to remain opened so no privacy. And Ac needed to be on full blast so that it could also cool the 2nd room a bit. Leaving one room too cold and the other slightly comfortable. Hotel website and staff were not very forthcoming that beach entry and lounge at "their partner company" still costs and is basically full priced to hotel guests.
