Personale comprensivo, possibilitĂ  di uso delle biciclette, vicinanza al mare.
Bagni evidentemente vecchi e camera rumorosa per prossimità ad impianti esterni. Quello che viene venduto su internet non è proprio corrispondente alla realtà. Anche dall'esterno la struttura è decadente, mentre dalle foto sembra un'immobile relativamente tenuto bene.
