Limpeza e a vista do apartamento.
Falta manutenção no apartamento de alguns itens como ar condicionado, ventiladores e vazamento d3 água no banheiro.

Eu e minha família adoramos. O Condomínio fica em excelente localização. A vista é sensacional, seja da região da piscina ou da sacada. O apartamento estava muito limpo, organizado e era muito espaçoso, além de ter todos os acessórios para uma boa estadia. O anfitrião nos deixou bem a vontade, e quando tivemos dúvidas no respondeu de imediato.
A vaga do estacionamento foi um pouco mais difícil de localizar apenas na chegada.
