I liked the place, there is everything you need.
It's a big place, two floors in the first there are a kitchen and living room with a big TV room and bathroom. in the second one there are two bed rooms and bathroom.
The traffic jam, I needed 2 hours to come back from the Barequecaba beach (it should take 40 minutes maximum).
