About this villa rental
On a hillside in St Agustin with panoramic west facing views to the famous Ibiza sunset, the sea and a lovely valley with small olive farms, our recently renovated villa makes the perfect Ibiza holiday home. Official Spanish Tourism Licence ETV-1838-E.
Close to a whole series of famous beaches (start at Cala Bassa and work your way round) and restaurants and easy to access all that Ibiza offers yet also peaceful, private and secure.
The villa has a cool and comfortable style inside and out, a fusion of traditional Ibicenco style and contemporary luxury living, decorated with high-end design touches yet with a ‘lived-in’ feeling that makes it easy to relax as if it were your own.
The house has two levels. On the ground floor you'll find a large open plan L-shaped space with living, dining and kitchen. There is a cosy media room off the main living room. Also on the ground floor is a very spacious bedroom (king bed/2 singles + sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom. The first floor has four double bedrooms (2 queen, 2 king), all with ensuite bath/shower rooms and all with views to the valley or sea. The master bedroom has its own private terrace.
The outside entertaining spaces flow seamlessly from the house through large bi-fold doors and offer generous outside living areas. Relax on one of two huge covered polished concrete terraces - either chilling on the big cosy day bed with some cool Ibiza vibes on the music system looking onto the pool and garden on the south terrace, or enjoying the sunset and views from the sofas and the huge dining table on the west terrace. The pool area is just a few metres further into the beautiful Mediterranean garden, and is surrounded by sun loungers and day beds.
Each bedroom has air conditioning for the high summer months though the hillside location offers a refreshing breeze. WiFi unlimited internet connection, TV, a high quality music system both inside and out, a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, 2 fridges, microwave and coffee machine etc plus a washing machine make Can Masia a complete home away from home.
The property is electronically gated and secure and has private parking for up to 5 cars.
Like most villas in Ibiza we suggest that each family hires a car (easy at the airport).
We have a lovely professional property manager called Emelie and she and her team will greet you and show you everything. I am also on the end of a phone too to help with any suggestions or tips.

In season we can only do Saturday to Saturday please.
Like most villas in Ibiza, Can Masia does not have a fence for the pool so please make sure that a competent adult is supervising all children in or near the pool. We have available for use a safety alarm which rings when anyone enters the pool.

Absolute 5 STAR all round for our stay at this beautiful villa! We stayed as a group of 11 woman and Emelie the manager is a credit to this villa, always answering any queries, sorted shopping for when we arrived and helped arrange all our transfers to restaurants for each day/night etc..
I would highly recommend staying here!

I had the best time here for my birthday. Villa was gorgeous and Emilie was great. Only suggestion would be to improve on taxi service/ road name or villa to be visible on a map. Other than that it was a stunning place and i hope to be back

Pool area was beyond great!! It even had a massive olive tree and some lavender — cant get more lush and thoughtful. Just beyond words really.
All rooms with ensuites. Roomy living areas, indoors and outdoors. Great speakers system. Complete with everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
One suggestion would be to install shutters in the bedrooms as it was too bright too early in the morning. Other than that, it was perfect. Oh and be mindful of the cameras installed, but the property manager ensured they weren’t there for recording guests.

house in good condition, some small points for improvement, like towel rack or hooks in kitchen and bathroom.
Kitchen frying pans should be changed very year (nonstick). Some chairs in the bedroom for your cloths.
The alarm app was not working.
No BBQ tools like spatula or cleaning brush. Garden on the small side for kids.
better baby cots (with mattress) good double beds. Good bathrooms/showers, always hot water.
Great swimming pool.
