About this house rental
Villa of 450 m2 located on a private estate of 1800 m2 on a hill with wonderful views of the sea and the islet of S'Espertar on the west coast of the island of Ibiza. It is located in one of the most spectacular places between Cala Molí and Cala Vadella, surrounded by pine forest and Mediterranean vegetation and only 3 minutes from the beach. The house consists of 3 levels and has 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet, large living room with TV overlooking the sea, dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a large sun terrace with panoramic sea views with a large pool and barbecue and a chill out area with gardens and a waterfall that flows into a pond with fish. The entire outdoor area with its terraces is fully landscaped. It also has a private path that reaches a small cove where you can take a bath in a quiet and relaxed environment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA:
The villa is accessed by the upper floor, to the left of the entrance hall by climbing a small staircase, there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. This in turn with exit to a terrace that leads directly to the pool.
To the right of the entrance, down a small staircase, you will find three double bedrooms, two sharing a bathroom with shower and the other with a bathroom en suite.
Downstairs, on the level floor of the pool and barbecue, you will find a spacious living room with sea views, equipped with two sofas, fireplace, TV and a large dining table where 12 people can sit. Also the fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, on the top floor you will find the master suite with panoramic sea views and exit to a furnished terrace. The suite has an XL bed, a dressing room and a bathroom.
On this floor, it also has another double bedroom with bathroom en suite, with access to a small terrace with views of the mountain and the waterfall of the house.
In front of the house overlooking the sea, there is a large swimming pool with its sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is also the barbecue and large table for al fresco dining.
On the other side of the house, there is a spacious chill out, with sofas and tables along with the waterfall that flows into a pond with fish.

Cristina was amazing from start to finish. Very responsive and helpful to all of our wants and questions. 10/10 would stay again and recommend casa llop to anyone.

From the get go, Cristina was communicative and accommodating- allowing us to check in early since our flights arrived in the AM. She warned us about cabs being nonexistent in the area and the lack of a grocery store within walking distance so we were prepared with shuttles and used Taxi Click to get through our time without a rental car.
The property is BEAUTIFUL and the pictures do not do it justice. Cristina was present at check in, walking us through the whole property and giving us a tour for everything. Make sure you turn on the security system when leaving, you never know who’s lurking where.
We (a group of 10+ guys above 27) had a great time and plenty of space throughout the large VRBO. I’d highly recommend you stay at Cristina’s home if you want to be spaced away from the buzz of Ibiza town. We used Taxi Click for Taxis and Airobuses for large group shuttles and didn’t have any issues. There’s a small grocery store reasonably priced that’s a 4 min taxi ride, we asked the driver to wait till we got groceries and then they drove us back. You will not get taxi’s randomly zipping through - so prepare ahead of time.
Also the location is only 15 mins from the Sant Antoni area which is another nice popping area away from Ibiza town, so that was a huge plus!
