The accommodation was in a beautiful, quiet, peaceful setting, with views of the sea as well as views of the hills. There were many areas where groups of people could spend time in. Lots of comfortable beds, an outdoor bar, and a massage bed. The breakfast was superb and the staff were on hand to get anything else that you wanted.
As it was the busiest season of the year, getting transport from the accommodation to the surrounding towns and villages. Sometimes we were waiting for as much as an hour for a taxi. Horoia car is recommended.
Returning back to Can Skye was easy though.

There was an issue with our original booking but Anna did her very best to support and find a solution. She additionally upgraded our room, welcomed us with a bottle of bubbles and we had breakfast included too - which was fantastic. The honesty bar is such a lovely feature, perfect for a snack after a late evening check-in (like in our case) or for a mid-day break. From our room, we had easy access to the pool and the overall vibe was so relaxed, including the chickens roaming free on the property! We enjoyed that Can Skye features a small number of rooms, making our stay feel truly tailored and private.
The only thing we would have changed was the music by the pool - the property is surrounded by nature so we have preferred to enjoy the sound of insects, animals, the elements and just appreciate silence in general. Not a problem overall though!

Quiet Rural location , and a lovely breakfast. Super friendly staff but somewhat marred...
Wasp problem at the poolside that wasn't being addressed, No Hot water in room due to plumbing issue.. Be nice if rooms had a fridge to allow guests to use. Whilst it's clearly a quiet, peaceful rural location it's not adults only and so be prepared to share with kids doing what kids do best,
