Apartament na parterze z widokiem na dziedziniec, dość ciemny gdy nie ma słońca. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia, do czystości również można byłoby się bardziej przyłożyć. Brak małych łyżeczek, patelnia z uszkodzoną rączką.
