Located in the quite part of the medieval Old Town just 50 meters away from the main street Stradun
Enjoy in the stunning view from the dinning / living room to the bell tower and numerous churches in the heart of the ancient Old Town.
The apartment Karla is situated on the second and third floor in the recently renewed house and has 50 square meters.
The apartment consist of a living room with dinning room, a wide bedroom, large living room with sofa bed for 2, an equipped kitchen, parquet floor and a bathroom. Just furnished and very modern. Apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. We do offer free Wi-Fi, Satellite channels on fleet screen TV, air conditioning. Washing mashine.
The house has been new renovated and the result is a combination of modern & rustic, retaining many charming features typical in Dalmatian houses.
In the vicinity you will find many souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes and pharmacy at the entrance of the street.
Popular beach Banje is just few hundreds meter away and can be reached within 5 minutes walk.
It is also only 100 meters away from the Old City port where you can embark in the ferry for the Island Lokrum and also are available excursions to the nearest city Cavtat.
We do offer a van airport transfer service.

We loved our stay here. House was clean and well located. Check in process was really easy. We felt welcomed. It was a great way to start our 2 weeks vacation in Croatia.

Fantastic location! You do have to go up a lot of stairs but the view and roomy apartment are well worth it! If I’m ever back in Dubrovnik I’d stay here again! ❤️

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of stairs, though. Several flights outside to get to the apartment and then two flights inside. Not too much fun with suitcases! Kitchen was minimum and the nearest actual grocery store is 4 miles away. There is a tiny market outside the wall area. All in all, it was pleasant and the air conditioning was great!
