About this apartment rental
Luxury apartment in the most exclusive area of Sotogrande, Valgrande. 3 large bedrooms all with private toilet / bathroom / tub. Private furnished terrace 70m2. Large dining and livingroom with glass doors to the terrace. Fireplace and tv. Fully equipped large kitchen. Laundry room and storage room.
Newly renovated and fully furnished apartment on the second floor with panoramic sliding doors to the large terrace.
The entire apartment is equipped with AC and underfloor heating. New Samsung “The Frame” 4k TV with Sonos sound system and wifi in the whole apartment.
Complete kitchen with hob, oven, micro, fridge / freezer, ice maker etc. Laundry room with washer & dryer.
The apartment is equipped with a Safty lid, safe.
There are 2 parking lots in the basement with lift up to the apartment.
In Valgrande there are 3 outdoor swimming pools and a indoor SPA area with 20 meters temperate pool, Jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, Turkish bath and sauna.
Within the Valgrande area there are free paddle tennis court, putting green, practice bunker and driving range.
Valgrande is like park with lots of different flowers, trees and birds. small paved hiking trails with benches for just sitting and listening to birds and enjoying the vegetation.

Sotogrande.
This is a very beautiful and tranquil setting reminiscent of Palm Springs, USA.
With its beautiful harbor, lots of local and international restaurants, long sandy beaches and a fantastic sunny climate, it's a wonderful place to get back to.
The entire Sotogrande is very well supervised by security guards at all facilities and the area where the apartment is located, Valgrande, also has its own entrance with 24 hour security and reception.
Golf.
In the Sotogrande area there are 8 golf courses within 10 minutes of the apartment.
Nearly 150 meters, the world-famous Real Golf Valderrama is situated, among others. A. Hosted the Ryder Cup, the final game of the European Tour Volvo Masters and since 2016 hosted the European Tour Competition Andalucia Valderrama Master.
5 minutes from the apartment is the classic championship course
Real Golf Sotogrande, newly renovated with 18 fantastic holes plus 12 hole 'practice course'. Other high-quality courses include 27-hole San Roque, 18-hole La Reserva, 36-hole Almenara Golf Club, 36-hole Alcaidesa Golf Club. A little lower price range can be found at Doña Julia Club De Golf with 18 holes and the pearl
La Canada Golf Club which has been built and operated by the field workers at Valderrama. The land was donated by the founder and legendary owner of Valerrama Jaime Ortiz-Patino. Well worth a visit!
Within 30 minutes you will find another 7 high-quality golf courses.
Polo
Sotogrande is the world metropolis for horse polo.
There are 4 polo clubs in Sotogrande.
During August each year, "The International Polo Tournament" goes off the road in Sotogrande with Royal and Celebrities from around the world as guests.
But even during other times of the year there is the opportunity to be fascinated by this spectacle.
Curiosity to know is that thanks to the great interest in Polo in Sotogrande, there are a lot of chefs from the horse country Argentina.
So you want to enjoy amazing meat with cuts that we do not have in Europe so there are plenty of restaurants to discover!

Gibraltar is a must with its mighty cliff, which is clearly seen from Valgrande and Sotogrande. Gibraltar is only 15 km from the apartment.

It is a fabulous property and very well appointed throughout. the location is excellent, we have family near by, so it worked extremely well. we very much hope that we can book again for next year. the only issue was that the roads were being resurfaced so it was very noisy during the day which was a shame but hopefully would not be the case if we were to book again next year

Johan, it’s a fantastic host, his property is always in very good shape and he keeps updating it with new appliances and always trying to please the guests. My family and I enjoyed very much our stay.

Amazing property. Very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Loved the ice/water in the fridge and also appreciated all the extras like hair straighteners, plenty of towels, condiments in the kitchen and iron etcLovely pool and perfect location for the port and golf course. We would definitely stay here again.Thank you
