Aluguel um quarto com cama de casal, ao chegar nos colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Solicitei ajuda para troca do quarto, não tinha mais quartos com cama de casal disponível para Minha reserva, somente com Up -grade pagando um boa diferença. Quarto com paredes sujas, banheiro com a porta descascando. Não gostei.

Atendente das 19 hs se mostrou indiferente com os hóspedes e tbm com sua antecessora; sentou se à cadeira, de maneira desrespeitosa, obrigando a moça a concluir seus trabalhos debruçando se sobre ele. Pela manhã solicitei nota e o mesmo respondeu que eu aguardasse pq ele estava fechando seu caixa. Ato contínuo entrou a outra dentro das instalações e desapareceu. Somente alguns minutos após apareceu o plantonista do dia. Desrespeito com INDIFERENÇA. Necessita ser orientado e EDUCADO !!!
