Location.
Room was small and outdated.
The crockery all had chips in it.
The internet connection wasn't great.

The location was fantastic. Located at top of Gully chair we were able to ski in/out even though it was late in the season. The facilities in the apartment were great and it was spacious for our family of four.
The furniture in our apartment was a little dated - especially the couch but that was a minor thing - it was comfortable and warm.

Small rooms, dishwasher did not work very well.

Good space , layout , well equipped utensils and comfortable bed .
Very friendly and helpful stuff
Check in late @4 pm . Almost whole day gone .
Check in too early @ 9.30am which I left it was not fair cos my check in was really late at 4 pm
Better if check out is 12 pm .
