Great location - literally ski in / ski out. Directly opposite Eagle Express & Summit Chair Lifts and across from Falls Creek Sports to pickup skis/poles/boots & ski to chair lift. Short walk across to Pan Handle Bar which has great (Bright Brewery) beers on tap & food options...The room itself was fantastic. Beds were really comfortable, Great showers, drying area/cupboard, well appointed kitchen, good size fridge, balcony view, flatscreen TV with all major digital apps setup. Easy access with wristband key access a bonus compared with others that have keys or keypasses. Finally, the hosts were fantastic to deal with, prompt and looked after us on early arrival. Cant speak too highly of Andge - we've been staying at Buller, Hotham & Falls over 20 years now, and Andge was without a doubt the best host / manager I've dealt with.

The chair lifts running on our arrival! Which wasnt the fault of the accomodation provider, just the weather gods. But luckily we had early access and this didnt affect us.

Easy access with self check in. Very comfortable and well heated/insulated. Great location. Family friendly set up.

No specific complaints.

Kitchen was well equipped, location was fab. Not in the bustling hub of liveliness, it’s located in the village bowl which was the lively hub 20 years ago. So it was quiet and perfectly situated to the Eagle Chairlift. Old fashioned but functional. Could do with a facelift but honestly was great and perfect for what we needed and could afford!

Bunk beds are a bit squeaky but otherwise comfortable. The cost of “over-snow” transport to get from the road up into the village/accommodation. $180 or something like that for a family of 5. Feels steep. But couldn’t have walked it with bags etc so it’s essential. Guess they have a captive audience in a monopoly there.

Convenient location and fair price.

The overall quality. There’s only one bathroom.
